At Patientifi, we strive to provide the best possible service to our patients. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for online appointment bookings.
2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Cancellation by Patient:
24 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for an 80% refund.
12 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a 60% refund.
Less Than 12 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Hospital/Clinic:
If doctor need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund or an option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Rescheduling Appointments
Rescheduling by Patient:
You may reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. If you need to reschedule less than 12 hours before the appointment, it may be treated as a cancellation, and the above cancellation terms will apply.
Rescheduling by Hospital /Clinic:
If doctor need to reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling. There will be no additional charges for rescheduled appointments initiated by us.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
5. Exceptions
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, you may not be eligible for a refund.
